Wrong item twice

I ordered the thinning/texturizing sheers, I received regular sheers which wasn't realized until after a chunk of my hair was cut off! Reached out to Equinox, sent pics of what I ordered vs what I received, they sent a replacement, BUT they sent the exact same WRONG pair! Unfortunately, I went out of town before I received the wrong replacement pair and by the time I got home and realized still wrong, I was outside of the Amazon return time. I really wanted these sheers, they obviously have manufacturing/packaging issues, which is too bad, back to searching for another company to actually get what I need!
